Location #1 Casas de la Playa Beachside Duplex, 105 South 15th St. - Altos & Bajos
Casas de la Playa Beachside - blocks south of the Pier, it is located in a quiet seaside residential community. This cozy duplex is across the beach on A1A.
Casas Altos and Casas Bajos give you two choices for beachside vacation living!
This duplex may be rented as an entire house, with two bedrooms, two baths, two kitchens, etc., or independently as the upstairs or downstairs apartments. For details of each unit see the "Accomodations"page.
Location #2 Casas de la Playa Downtown, 204 North Central Ave. - Hibiscus Cottage, Las Palmas Cottage, Oleander Cottage, Sea Grape Cottage and Sea Oats Studio; and Jasmine Beach Loft at 305 North 3rd St.

Casas de la Playa Downtown- located only ½ block from the beach in downtown Flagler Beach, its a short walking distance to the Pier, restaurants, the farmer’s market, and the many seaside nightspots. The town is infused with the vibe of a small beach vacation getaway.

The complex consists of five cottages clustered together in a small garden village. All are ready for your enjoyment - Hibiscus, Sea Grape, Sea Oats, Las Palmas, and Oleander.
